We want you to love your invitation, so here's how refunds work, explained clearly and kindly.

All payments are in advance

Every order is paid in full before we begin. Payments are made through UPI only, and payment details are shared solely from our official WhatsApp number, +91 92659 51192. We start work on your invitation only once your payment is confirmed.

Non-refundable

Because each invitation is personalised and we begin work as soon as payment is received, all payments are non-refundable. This reflects the time, design, and effort that go into crafting your invitation from the moment your order is placed.
