Welcome to Unfold Invite (unfoldinvite.com). These terms explain how we work together when you order an invitation from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

What we offer

We design and host personalised, interactive invitation websites for all kinds of celebrations. You can order in one of two ways:

• Pick a ready-made template design at its fixed price, which we then personalise for you.
• Choose any other design or idea you have in mind, and we'll craft it for you at a price based on what it involves.

Either way, we personalise everything and deliver a hosted invitation website with your own unique link.

Payment

To keep things simple and fair, all orders are paid in full and in advance before we begin. Because every invitation is personalised and we start work as soon as payment is confirmed, we ask for the full amount upfront.

Payments are currently accepted through UPI only. Card payments will be available in the future. Payment details are shared only from our official WhatsApp number, +91 92659 51192. Please do not send payment to any other number or account.

How we work

Once your payment is confirmed, we begin work on your invitation and aim to deliver it within 48 hours, or within a timeline we agree with you for larger custom designs. We'll share your invitation link with you as soon as it's ready.

Your content

The photos, names, and messages you share with us remain yours. By sharing them, you confirm that you have the right to use them, and you allow us to use them solely to design and host your invitation.

We love showing off beautiful work, so we may feature your design in our portfolio or on our social media. If you'd prefer we keep yours private, just let us know and we won't.

Our designs and copyright

All templates, designs, layouts, animations, code, and assets on unfoldinvite.com, and in the invitations we create, are the property of Unfold Invite. They may not be copied, reproduced, resold, redistributed, or reused, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

Any unauthorised copying or use of our templates or assets is a breach of these terms and of our intellectual property rights, and may invite legal action. If you'd like to use anything of ours, please ask us in writing first.

Acceptable use

Please use our service only for lawful celebrations and personal invitations. You agree not to use it for anything misleading, offensive, or unlawful.

Liability

We take great care with every invitation, but we provide our service on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or unexpected loss arising from the use of our service or website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Rajkot, Gujarat.
